I stumbled across this stunningly beautiful centerpiece which includes an arrangement of roses submerged underwater. How in the world did they do that? Beautiful.

I would think that they purchased this big rock (or they may have found some somewhere) and found some pretty brown string to tie to the rock and bouquet. Make sure to leave enough room between the bouquet and rock so that the bouquet will slightly float while being submerged under the water.
